The doors look amazing! If we had known how they looked when closed it would have made our decision to buy much easier. However the assembly instructions received when we ordered were not helpful at all. The parts received did not match the instructions. There was a QR code on one of the boxes which linked to better instructions but still not adequate. The tradesman we hired struggled to match the parts to what he needed and took 4 hours instead of the 1 hour he normally takes to fit similar doors. This meant we had to more for his extra time. There aren't enough door guides supplied so we had to buy more to make them secure. We also had to buy an extra set of handles for the other side of the doors as they are designed as a room divider and we couldn't have accessed from the other side. It comes flat packed, took overs 3 hours to put together, had to buy new screws and buy silicone to fit the glass panels in the frame which isn’t straight forward. Now can’t find a compatible hanging rail cause the holes in door frame do not match with holes on the wheels for hanging rail. The site doesn’t say which hanging rail is compatible.. Anonymous. Arrived smashed to bits with package torn. All the glass shattered and fell out all over the house floor not ideal with two young ones running around. I made the complaint and got offered to keep the completely wrecked product with the glass in bits and they will give me 20% off. Still waiting on a reply about getting my mo ey nack. Richard.
