Stunning fire. Really happy with it. So cozy with real looking flames. Only criticism is you get very few of the firebed options. Will probably end up buying more "sticks" & "white pebbles" for better effect but still lovely to have the choice. For what you pay for the fire its abit tight that the remote doesn't come ready with batteries. LOVE the fire itself though. If you like the look of it online, buy it & wait till you see it for real !! Absolutely beautiful !!. Kelly. Southsea, GB. Sat Nov 22 2025

Slightly apprehensive at first but very pleased with product. Instruction book could have been a bit clearer but that is not unusual for technical writers. James. Baldock, GB. Fri Oct 14 2022

The insert looks elegant but too loose. The parts are not fixed and no protective glass or covering. It's easy for a child to pick up the stones and pebbles and you lose all that.. Edemekong. Cheshunt Waltham Cross, GB. Sun Apr 18 2021

If required, one of seven LED colours immerses the environment in soft light and additionally supports the cosy atmosphere.
