Still waiting for it to be delivered! Ordered it on 18th December as a Christmas present and it’s still showing as being in Italy. It has now been reduced in price which is annoying. Stunning fire, really easy to put together by myself and didn’t take long at all. There’s just one quite alarming design flaw with it and that is the design of the fire and the handle that you use to extinguish the fire. You cannot slide the plate across without potentially burning yourself as the glass panel is in the way. We are going to try and change the handle to enable us to slide it across from the side. But the pellet stove is not only technically up to date, but it is also future-proof in terms of climate technology. The pellets burn almost climate-neutrally, hardly more co2 is released into the atmosphere than is absorbed by the plants required for pellet production.
