Dreadful service - finally arrived 2 weeks later than date I was given. Was told it would be here yesterday afternoon/evening so changed my plans to be here - nothing. Today it was just left outside my door, delivery man didn’t even ring the doorbell - thank goodness it wasn’t raining and I was home but as a 73 year old with a bad back it was an arduous task to get it in the house! Unpacked the boxes and surprise surprise the unit is not the same colour as I ordered, the marble top is quite different too and there’s a sizeable chip in the edge of it!! I received a grey one even though it says white but wayfair were very good and gave me a satisfactory reduction and now it’s nearly set up it looks lovely, my husband struggled had to put the tap in the middle behind the sink as not possible to put at the side as in the picture due to not anywhere to put the pipework..
