I was looking for a piece that would add a touch of elegance to my home, and this model looks incredibly classy and premium. It’s a complete "eye-catcher" that instantly elevates the room’s aesthetic. The standout feature for me is the customization. You can change the colors of both the flames and the ember bed, which is brilliant for matching your interior decor or even your mood. It goes from a classic warm glow to a sleek, modern look in seconds. What makes it truly versatile is that it operates with or without heat. I love that I can have the beautiful flame effects running just for the "vibe" on a warm evening without overheating the room. However, when it does get chilly, the heating element is surprisingly powerful and quiet. It’s the perfect combination of a decorative centerpiece and a functional heater. The actual fire is wonderful with very realistic flames. However although we measured the fireplace inset hole many times, when the fir arrived it would not fit in the inset. The measurements given for the back of the fire (the part to set into the surround) did not take account for the extra centimetre or so from bottom of inset to base of fire. We had to employ a stonemason to cut our inset hole deeper.. Lin. Bristol, GB. Mon Oct 07 2019
