Lovely fire, delivered fast and wonderfully packaged. Took me and my Dad 40 minutes to install. Be warned the instructions are vague and the print is very faint so not clear enough. No instructions on how to install the decorative stones either, I had to Google but even so a faff to do but we got it done and those screws very small so careful not to loose them. Remote control battery did not work. But overall I like the product.. Marie. Fareham, GB. Sun Oct 11 2026

It’s a beautiful fireplace. However, I found that a lot of the instructions in the booklet were wrong to what it’s actually meant to do in real time. Also, the gaps where it’s been put together are slightly more noticeable than I would like. There is also instructions to put screws etc in but no holes to actually do it too, so In some places I had to make the holes myself. Beautiful fireplace but the process to get it together etc was a nightmare. Anonymous. Thu Oct 22 2026

The fire surround is great quality with the added bonus of a remote, colour mood lighting function, the option to change the colour of the fire bed. There is a choice of 3 flame colours. A choice of pebbles, logs or crystals, depending on your preference. I use the small pebbles and real kindling with the addition of small logs in the recess to create a more realistic look. It was relatively easy to assemble. It depends on where you want it placed on the wall we managed to hide the socket in the recess so there is no cable showing which made the process a little longer to put on the wall. The cable is however white which could run along a skirting board to hide and was quite a long cable. It was quick delivery also.. Janice. Moreton In Marsh. Mon Sep 28 2026

This fireplace is a stylish and modern wall-mounted fireplace suite with an off-white, floor-standing, MDF mantle. The electric fire easily mounts onto the wall using the brackets supplied and the mantle then installs to make the fireplace suite appear floor-standing. The mantle also includes LED lighting that can be operated independently. Due to the LED technology, the fireplace is low cost to run when using the flame and lighting effects – less than £4 per year if used for 5 hours per day. The product comes with a digital LCD remote control which includes a seven-day programmer, a thermostat with the display, a room-temperature sensor, open window detection, and adaptive start control (turns on the heater to warm the room ready for the programmed start time). The heater automatically switches between 1 and 2kW depending on the room temperature and set the temperature required and can be used with or without the LED lighting. To meet the requirements of eco-design 2018 (lot 20), this product is designed and manufactured to produce the optimum energy efficiency available for space heaters.
