I love my new fireplace. I spent a long time looking around the web to find the right one for me and no disappointed I order this one. Only had it for one day so far. All working fine. It was very easy to put together with a wall plug. Has to wait around a month for delivery. However, the delivery company took few more extra days to deliver and hard to get hold of the delivery company. Only one way of communication with them. Good product, looks very nice. Have to have your wits about you if hanging in fireplace but OK straight on wall. Nice flame effect & good heater. Have not tried timer & other setting only date & time which are easy. Cracking delivery, ordered it on Sunday afternoon got it on Monday afternoon.. We bought this originally as a temporary replacement for our gas fire that had just been removed, however the fire looks great in the room, it has a sensor which allows you to set what temperature you want the room to be so it only fires up when the room falls below that temperature, it’s also remote controlled so you don’t even have to get of your chair.
