The actual fire is wonderful with very realistic flames. However although we measured the fireplace inset hole many times, when the fir arrived it would not fit in the inset. The measurements given for the back of the fire (the part to set into the surround) did not take account for the extra centimetre or so from bottom of inset to base of fire. This Symple Stuff freestanding fireplace is designed with a feel of a real wood burning fireplace. The fire is great! However I have more appreciation and respect for the Wayfair Customer Care service. The package came with a lot of damage to the box and I thought it prudent to report this before taking the fire out the packaging. The response and support throughout was great, photos were uploaded of all the packaging damage and the Customer Care team where there every step of the way. All good with the product. With 1 of the product that I received today. but I’m 1000% disappointed with wayfair. I ordered this fire place to arrived with 2to3 days and ready passed 20 days and I received 1 fire place today. All time that I contacted them is all the same lies. So I’m still waiting 1 product to arrives this should be arrived together and it isn’t arrive. Just arrived 1 today if wayfair and partner sales don’t have compromise with your client I have with my so I need finish my works in time and if they tell the truth in the first time that I contact them I was ordered from other place and my problem was sorted..
