I have not yet used the tub. It was installed yesterday. We had an alcove whirlpool tub before, that took up a ridiculous amount of space, and was gross to use. I’m excited about this tub. The shipping did take longer than what was originally offered, which slowed down the bathroom remodel, but overall, I am feeling happy about this tub. Also, based on where my drain was before I had to find a tub that didn’t have a center drain, so that limited my freestanding options. This tub did not have a center drain, so that’s nice. Also, they offered a choice of metal finishes for the drain stopper. I chose brushed nickel. They threw in this drain that has the overflow thing hooked to it, and this tub does not have an overflow, so we just kept the chrome drain that it was shipped with.
