Lovely fire, delivered fast and wonderfully packaged. Took me and my Dad 40 minutes to install. Be warned the instructions are vague and the print is very faint so not clear enough. No instructions on how to install the decorative stones either, I had to Google but even so a faff to do but we got it done and those screws very small so careful not to loose them. Remote control battery did not work. But overall I like the product.. Marie. Fareham, GB. Sun Oct 11 2026
