Would have been 5* but no instructions included had to go on utube to find which order the screws went on also would have preferred metal screws also gents using the loo have to hold toilet seat up as it will not stay up on its own, not great. Looks nice and seems to be sturdy. Had some difficulty in fitting mainly due to a manufacturing fault with the ceramic bowl which had one of its holes obstructed.
