The appliance is fully ERP compliant and is supplied with an infrared remote with LCD incorporating a friendly interface allowing all the settings available to be easy to understand and function. The fire has been designed with optimal controllability enabling you to switch quickly and simply from heat to flame effect. The remote has a fully programmable timer designed to provide automatic time and temperature control over a 7-day period.

Stunning fire. Really happy with it. So cozy with real looking flames. Only criticism is you get very few of the firebed options. Will probably end up buying more "sticks" & "white pebbles" for better effect but still lovely to have the choice. For what you pay for the fire its abit tight that the remote doesn't come ready with batteries. LOVE the fire itself though. If you like the look of it online, buy it & wait till you see it for real !! Absolutely beautiful !!. Kelly. Southsea, GB. Sat Nov 22 2025

The perfect design of the product embodies the spirit of romance and passion. The solid cast fascia is softened by the delicately interwoven pattern of the passionflower. Further polished highlights provide a truly unique design that will provide a stunning focal point in any interior space.

The fire was initialy returned as it was damage, however this was swiftly exchanged /replaced with no trouble at all. The fire looks great on situation. While magnets are included to secure the front facia in place, I did purchase additional magnets just to ensure it did not move.. Raymond. Tyne Wear. Fri Feb 21 2025
