Bought the very same “Hudson Reed” shower head 10 years ago (during our last bathroom revamp) and but for 10 years of inevitable limescale we had no desire to renew. This is a big shower head 40cm diameter, I checked with Wayfair what water pressure was required for this head, which was a minimum of 1 bar. I checked my house water supply and it was above one bar water pressure. So I ordered the shower head, it took less than two minutes to unscew the old shower head and replace with the new shower head. We are very happy with shower head, it gives a nice warm shower. quite disappointed that the elbow that connects the hose to the wall pipe is made out of flimsy cheap plastic! the wall rail and all the rest is metal so it's hard to understand why the elbow is in plastic, especially since it is the most important part and it needs tightening to prevent leaks..
