The Bellini is supplied with a control tool which will allow you to safely adjust the flame as well as extinguish when the stove is no longer needed to be in use. Please do note that the Adam Bellini is not compatible with gel bio ethanol fuel and you must not place any objects or obstruct/cover the opening of the burner or within the arch space at the top of the stove.

But alas the surrounding mantle is not high quality it is unfortunately rough/ unfinished on top not smooth - I don’t even think it has a protective layer on top to prevent scuffing so you may need buy a glass top protector.
