The fire is great! However I have more appreciation and respect for the Wayfair Customer Care service. The package came with a lot of damage to the box and I thought it prudent to report this before taking the fire out the packaging. The positive is the fire had no damage and worked a treat. Many thanks Wayfair.. Darren. Cramlington, GB. Fri May 30 2025
