It’s okay. When I assembled this I found a couple of the nuts were stripped. I was able to pick up a couple of new stainless steel nuts and screws. I also picked up split ring lock washers to prevent screws from backing out. It didn’t come with those. My wife is going to be using this in the bathroom. I don’t need her getting hurt because it felt apart. Otherwise it seems sturdy after I added the extra hardware. It’s a shame that you spend this much money on something and still have to modify it so it’s safe for people to use. What do expect from something made in China.. David. Strongsville, OH.
