Most of the things we have bought from Wayfair have had no issues, but this radiator and the delivery has had plenty of problems. The first had a leak, the second was bent, we are now waiting on our third and have been continually frustrated by the lack of communication by the delivery company and wayfair’s customer service. We have just received an email from XPD this morning saying they tried to deliver this morning - we were home, but no one pressed on the doorbell or left a card.. Angeline Siew Ling. London, GB. For those properties without central heating, here we have a pre-filled electric towel rail which comes complete with a 200-watt standard type electric heating element, blanking plugs and it is pre-filled with a deionised water-based solution containing a mix of central heating preservatives and inhibitors. No other parts are required to install and run this towel rail as electric only. Simply remove one of the blanking plugs from the bottom of the towel radiator (opposite side of the bleed valve. If the bleed valve is on top-right, remove the blanking plug from bottom-left), insert and secure the electric heating element supplied to this inlet point and affix the radiator using the brackets supplied on to your wall, connect heating element to your fused spur power outlet.

For those properties without central heating, here we have a pre-filled electric towel rail which comes complete with a 300-watt thermostatic type electric heating element, blanking plugs and it is pre-filled with a deionised water-based solution containing a mix of central heating preservatives and inhibitors. No other parts are required to install and run this towel rail as electric only. Simply remove one of the blanking plugs from the bottom of the towel radiator (opposite side of the bleed valve. If the bleed valve is on top-right, remove the blanking plug from bottom-left), insert and secure the electric heating element supplied to this inlet point and affix the radiator using the brackets supplied on to your wall, connect thermostatic heating element to your fused spur power outlet. Thermostatic electric heating element supplied has a range from 0 to 65 Celsius degrees and a red led light to indicate ON/OFF state. As you turn the heat control knob to the required level, the red led light will come ON to indicate that the element is heating the water-based solution inside. After the initial heat up, the element starts to regulate itself keeping the water temperature at the same level during which the red led light will come ON and OFF regularly.
