Excellent but not watertight at the base. This was not because the screen was poor quality, far from it. The thickness and suppleness of the seal at the bottom wasn’t thick or maleable enough. It was my wall that I mounted on that was the issue so it you have a new/straight house it shouldn’t be an issue. Ask them for two trims if you are ordering (with different lengths). I spoke to a contractor who puts these in for a living said the only SURE way a screen can be watertight is if it it is fixed!. Ford. Northampton, GB. Mon Nov 27 2023
