Used these in my rental on top of the existing square tile that has a poor paint job on it that makes it impossible to keep clean, picture shows the product mid-install, it was simple to put up and looks fairly convincing. Honestly would be very difficult to tell the difference until up close if it weren't for the uneven tiles in my rental, still leaps and bounds better and my partner loves the colour it adds!.
