This is a lovely piece of furniture at a great price - the fireplace is big and the 3 options are quite beautiful. I only tried the heating to make sure it worked but I don’t use it as heating so can’t comment on that. Material is not great but considering the price, it’s great value for money. I had an issue with damaged parts but costumer service was amazing, prompt and swiftly resolution. All models are equipped with standard functions such as overheat protection, timing, temperature adjustment, and dual control via touch panel and remote control. Complete with an integrated mantel frame, it has a wide top shelf for photos and art paintings, plus open storage nooks to display faux logs, woven ornaments and more. Unlike traditional fireplaces, it creates no dust or harmful emissions, with simple one-touch mode switching for clean and eco-friendly use. A 12-month warranty is provided for the whole unit.
