Remote control battery did not work. But overall I like the product.. Marie. Fareham, GB. Sun Oct 11 2026

This fireplace is a modern design with off white MDF mantle and shelf plinth and a toughened mirrored glass front. Due to the LED technology, the fireplace is low cost to run when using the flame and lighting effects – less than £4 per year if used for 5 hours per day. The product comes with a digital LCD display remote control which includes a seven-day programmer, a thermostat with the display, a room-temperature sensor, open window detection, and adaptive start control (turns on the heater to warm the room ready for the programmed start time). The heater automatically switches between 1 and 2kW depending on the room temperature and set the temperature required and can be used with or without the LED lighting. To meet the requirements of eco-design 2018 (Lot 20), this product is designed and manufactured to produce the optimum energy efficiency available for space heaters.

The fire surround is great quality with the added bonus of a remote, colour mood lighting function, the option to change the colour of the fire bed. There is a choice of 3 flame colours. A choice of pebbles, logs or crystals, depending on your preference. I use the small pebbles and real kindling with the addition of small logs in the recess to create a more realistic look. It was relatively easy to assemble. It depends on where you want it placed on the wall we managed to hide the socket in the recess so there is no cable showing which made the process a little longer to put on the wall. The cable is however white which could run along a skirting board to hide and was quite a long cable. It was quick delivery also.. Janice. Moreton In Marsh. Mon Sep 28 2026

This electric fireplace heater perfectly combines modern technology with classic aesthetics. It features a unique dual-door design that offers a three-sided view of the fire, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Utilising advanced lighting technology and realistic faux log decorations, it presents a lifelike flame effect. It offers 12 flame colours, 3 ember bed colours, and 5 levels of brightness and speed to create the ideal ambiance according to your mood. It also provides three heat settings: 900W, 1800W, and an ECO mode to meet different heating needs while ensuring energy efficiency. Additionally, safety features include child lock, overheating protection, and auto power-off when tilted, ensuring peace of mind.

Very happy with this fire, the flame is more realistic than we have had before and we like that you can see this through the sides as well as the front. Being able to change the fire effect colours is a lovely feature. It heats the room quickly. Got on offer which was a bonus. Highly recommend this for small rooms.. Anonymous. Sun Mar 15 2026
