Still waiting for it to be delivered! Ordered it on 18th December as a Christmas present and it’s still showing as being in Italy. It has now been reduced in price which is annoying. Update fire delivered on 11th Jan after being reordered by Wayfair. It’s a beautiful fire - small big enough to generate enough heat to heat a small living room. The fire unfortunately arrived damaged however after contacting customer service it was promptly resolved . We are yet to use the fire however it looks great and is excellent quality . Not as black as shown in pictures more of a dark grey. Y. GB. Thu Oct 31 2024

Stunning fire, really easy to put together by myself and didn’t take long at all. There’s just one quite alarming design flaw with it and that is the design of the fire and the handle that you use to extinguish the fire. You cannot slide the plate across without potentially burning yourself as the glass panel is in the way. We are going to try and change the handle to enable us to slide it across from the side.
