Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect having never replaced a door handle before but once I figured out how to get my current one off it was easy to get this one attached (when you don’t have it upside down at least). Good quality. Well made. Bought and fitted 3. Needed to shorten the privacy spindle by 15mm. Our doors are 35mm thick. Steel screw supplied to use when preparing holes (brass screws are inherently weaker and prone to shear when tightening). My only criticism is that the slot on the supplied steel screw is too shallow: easily shredded. I had to use my own deeper slotted screw.. F. Ely, GB. Sat Sep 24 2022
