Very happy. Easy to put together, arrived just in time for Christmas. Looks sleek and smart. Tanya. GB. Wed Dec 24 2025

Pure white and grey fireplace.

Really beautiful!! So easy to put together too. However it was making a grinding noise and I had no desire to pack it all up and send it back. I had someone look at it and tighten a few screws on the motor, noise gone.. Tsareena. Manchester, GB. Fri Jul 03 2020

Absolutely love this fire place! apparently easy to put together. Nice heat lights too. However after a couple of days the knob to turn the settings broke. No reply from Wayfair.. Amanda. Bowerhill Melksham, GB. Wed Jun 10 2026

Instructions not very clear, but once you can get its easy. Looks very good but it would be better if the fire could be fixed on the frame. Its very easy to fall like this. Other than that it looks very good.. Anonymous. Fri May 24 2024

Love my new fireplace heats up so fast so handy when you get in to house and heating hasn’t been on. Neat and compact for a small area but also a nice centrepiece! Great value too!. Ciara. Omagh, GB. Tue Sep 08 2020

I moved into a new apartment without any fireplace or apperture to make one. This fireplace is just what the room needed. Looks really cosy and realistic. I put it together myself in about an hour (60 year old female) without any DIY experience. I would highly recommend this as a feature for any room. Love it.!! Well made and good quality wood.. The Georgian Fireplace Suite is one of our more stately pieces that perfectly suits those going for a traditional style. The surround’s long, grey satin lines are offset by the black hearth and back panel, giving it a grandeur that can’t help but make it the focal point of your living room. With the Helios electric fire’s realistic flame effect, this is an elegant suite that you’ll love to relax in front of in the evenings.

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the fireplace had a crack in the side and we thought it’d be a big issue to return it so decided to bear it. However overall it looks lovely. Anonymous. Thu Apr 11 2024

Item badly damaged. Fire surround, front and rear, so badly damaged that the fire could not be anchored to it. Even if it had not been damaged, the product looked cheap and was not value for money.. Kay. Perth, GB. Wed Nov 16 2022
