When I saw this toilet it was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately the first cistern came broken and that was disappointing and then the replacement was the wrong part but I have now received the right part and new cistern has arrived and it is not broken. Took three attempts to get a toilet delivered that wasn't smashed and even then I think it was sheer luck that the third wasn't damaged. Very poor packaging. No issues with Wayfair getting replacements issued quickly but overall it took nearly a month to get an intact toilet.
