Sent the wrong size bath. I have contacted them three times and no response from the manufacturers all I keep getting from Wayfair are automated responses. We have had to install the bath as we have our bathroom installation this week. The issue has now been resolved. Its a shame its from a response from a bad review. Moved from 1 star to 3. Lisa. GB. Come on. Where did Steamline dream up this show stopper? My concern was interior width so my husband and I climbed in as soon as it was unwrapped. I love it. I currently have a drop in soaker. It's big and I didn't think we would be able to replace it with a free standing tub that was even better. Thank you Wayfair and Streamline. Also want to comment on the delivery. It was efficient, on time, the delivery crew was very helpful and accomodating.. Spring. Marshfield, WI. Tue Dec 19 2023

Great bathtub! It’s a very nice looking bathtub and it comes with a black plate so you can have that on or you can leave it as shiny chrome. The customer service was really helpful and attentive. I thought we were missing a piece (we weren’t) I just didn’t see it, but they were super helpful ready to give me a new one if needed. The bathtub itself is also very nice. I can’t wait to have it fully installed and ready to use!. Chloe. Denver, CO. Fri May 31 2024

Create your spa retreat with this beautiful Streamline deep soaking bathtub. Its clean sleek design and white glossy finish will add style to any bathroom. It is designed with an internal drain and it can hold up to 58L of water.

The tub is so light and pretty! I got inside and it felt comfortable. I'm 5'8". We haven't installed it yet. The reason I gave 4 stars was because the advertisement was misleading. The picture showed tray and I thought it comes with it. The other tub I was looking at said Tub with tray but the specification does not include tray. It's very misleading. I'm disappointed about that. I really wanted that tray! The other thing, I wanted to exchange the drain kit to bronze - it's hard to find one to fit in the drain. Bummer. I will add photo when we complete the bathroom. :-) UPDATE: I was not able to find any drain replacement to bronze. It's because it's in metric and US don't make that. I'm stuck with it. The tub should offer with choices of hardware. I've used the tub, no problems with leaks. Make sure you have a good plumber! Thank you Wayfair for giving me the tray! I loved it!. Lori. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a new tub during our bathroom remodel because we don’t use it frequently. For the money, it’s a nice size tub but does look inexpensive next to the new tile and shower. Delivery was quick. Overall, satisfied with this purchase.. Nancy. Mechanicsville, VA. Wed Sep 22 2021
