Sent the wrong size bath. I have contacted them three times and no response from the manufacturers all I keep getting from Wayfair are automated responses. We have had to install the bath as we have our bathroom installation this week. The issue has now been resolved. Its a shame its from a response from a bad review. Moved from 1 star to 3. Lisa. GB. The tub is so light and pretty! I got inside and it felt comfortable. I'm 5'8". We haven't installed it yet. The reason I gave 4 stars was because the advertisement was misleading. The picture showed tray and I thought it comes with it. The other tub I was looking at said Tub with tray but the specification does not include tray. It's very misleading. I'm disappointed about that. I really wanted that tray! The other thing, I wanted to exchange the drain kit to bronze - it's hard to find one to fit in the drain. Bummer. I will add photo when we complete the bathroom. :-) UPDATE: I was not able to find any drain replacement to bronze. It's because it's in metric and US don't make that. I'm stuck with it. The tub should offer with choices of hardware. I've used the tub, no problems with leaks. Make sure you have a good plumber! Thank you Wayfair for giving me the tray! I loved it!. Lori. Great bathtub! It’s a very nice looking bathtub and it comes with a black plate so you can have that on or you can leave it as shiny chrome. The customer service was really helpful and attentive. I thought we were missing a piece (we weren’t) I just didn’t see it, but they were super helpful ready to give me a new one if needed. The bathtub itself is also very nice. I can’t wait to have it fully installed and ready to use!. Chloe. Denver, CO. Fri May 31 2024

This streamlined 1600.2 mm modern freestanding slipper tub can hold up to 238.5 L of water. Its sleek shape and glossy white finish will add a luxurious feel to any bathroom. This tub is designed with an internal drain to save space and keep its sleek look.

I have not yet used the tub. It was installed yesterday. We had an alcove whirlpool tub before, that took up a ridiculous amount of space, and was gross to use. I’m excited about this tub. The shipping did take longer than what was originally offered, which slowed down the bathroom remodel, but overall, I am feeling happy about this tub. Also, based on where my drain was before I had to find a tub that didn’t have a center drain, so that limited my freestanding options. This tub did not have a center drain, so that’s nice. Also, they offered a choice of metal finishes for the drain stopper. I chose brushed nickel. They threw in this drain that has the overflow thing hooked to it, and this tub does not have an overflow, so we just kept the chrome drain that it was shipped with. I’m going to remove a star for that.. Christine. Nibley, UT. Fri Feb 11 2022

The bathtub will upgrade your bathing experience. Holding water, and an external drain, this tub matches convenience with comfort. We were at once impressed with the quality, the generous size despite its necessarily short stature (wouldn’t have fit if it were larger), and style! The feet are really cute and we like that they can be height adjusted in our crooked old house. The price point was surprisingly good as well! And didn’t know it came with the bamboo tray, my husband is already dreaming of relaxing tub time with a cocktail at hand! LOL. Pleased with every item we’ve purchased for our new bathroom from you.. Kathryn. Hull, MA. Mon Jun 03 2024
