Still waiting for it to be delivered! Ordered it on 18th December as a Christmas present and it’s still showing as being in Italy. It has now been reduced in price which is annoying. Stunning fire, really easy to put together by myself and didn’t take long at all. There’s just one quite alarming design flaw with it and that is the design of the fire and the handle that you use to extinguish the fire. You cannot slide the plate across without potentially burning yourself as the glass panel is in the way. We are going to try and change the handle to enable us to slide it across from the side. Nice fireplace, good quality feel. Only issue i had is that the bracket was too big for the fireplace. The bracket was 29cm long and the slot in the back of the fire, into which the bracket should fit, was 28cm. Judicial use of a chisel resolved a problem that shouldnt exist.. Dave. Corby, GB.
