Changed the suggested date of delivery. Had to change day off and redeliver. Organised a week in advance to secure a date to book time off and still they couldn't honour the date! Hugely stressful. The doors look amazing! If we had known how they looked when closed it would have made our decision to buy much easier. However the assembly instructions received when we ordered were not helpful at all. The parts received did not match the instructions. There was a QR code on one of the boxes which linked to better instructions but still not adequate. The tradesman we hired struggled to match the parts to what he needed and took 4 hours instead of the 1 hour he normally takes to fit similar doors. This meant we had to more for his extra time. There aren't enough door guides supplied so we had to buy more to make them secure. We also had to buy an extra set of handles for the other side of the doors as they are designed as a room divider and we couldn't have accessed from the other side. Really lovely looking door that was delivered ahead of schedule. Unfortunately one of the black acrylic panels was cracked on arrival. Having submitted a request for a replacement panel, I will now wait to see if, when it arrives, there is any guidance on how to remove the damaged panel and replace/affix the replacement. Very disappointed... Firstly my order been delayed and even tho I have contacted customer service they weren't able to give me any updates very unprofessional. Then I have received my product it doesn't come with the cover on top of the door for the sliding system as in pictures which is not mentioned and for the price I would expect everything to be delivered not as expected and no clear description. Die Schiebetür kam komplett und pünktlich bei mir an. Sie sieht massiv aus und das Zubehör ebenso. Kleiner Minuspunkt: an einer Stelle war die weiße Beschichtung abgeplatzt (kommt jetzt auf die Innenseite). Allerdings ist die dürftige Anleitung nur auf polnisch beigefügt, ich habe jetzt alles übersetzt. Das Material ist sehr hochwertig und für die Montage braucht man 2 Personen und Erfahrung. Für Anfänger meiner Meinung nach nicht geeignet. Die Türe sieht Klasse aus und lässt sich leicht bewegen. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.. Ursula . Bawü. Sun Feb 04 2024
