Dreadful service - finally arrived 2 weeks later than date I was given. Was told it would be here yesterday afternoon/evening so changed my plans to be here - nothing. Today it was just left outside my door, delivery man didn’t even ring the doorbell - thank goodness it wasn’t raining and I was home but as a 73 year old with a bad back it was an arduous task to get it in the house! Unpacked the boxes and surprise surprise the unit is not the same colour as I ordered, the marble top is quite different too and there’s a sizeable chip in the edge of it!! Only delivered yesterday so not fitted yet. Had a look at it briefly half outside of the box and it looks lovely, the colour is spot on for what we wanted. Its for use in a downstairs cloakroom room, the size is perfect as its compact but still a good size to wash your hands etc. Delivery was QUICK and as always Wayfair give a good after service (one of the items was delivered incorrectly, called today, spoke to a very nice lady Christa B very very helpful with minimum amount of fuss and sorted within minutes).
