Dreadful service - finally arrived 2 weeks later than date I was given. Was told it would be here yesterday afternoon/evening so changed my plans to be here - nothing. Today it was just left outside my door, delivery man didn’t even ring the doorbell - thank goodness it wasn’t raining and I was home but as a 73 year old with a bad back it was an arduous task to get it in the house! Unpacked the boxes and surprise surprise the unit is not the same colour as I ordered, the marble top is quite different too and there’s a sizeable chip in the edge of it!! Wish I’d never bought from Wayfair - certainly won’t be doing again and will be phoning them to see what happens next!!. Gwen. Holyhead, GB. Sun Jan 25 2026

Actually the unit and sink is very nice BUT, the tap isn’t great quality and the tap connection pipes are absolute rubbish. We had to replace those with better quality as the drawer unit squashes and bent the pipes at the rear of the unit, which then went on to cause flooding in my brand new kitchen! The marble top is nice but the hole is the wrong size for the fitting!!!! A good job my husband is an Engineer and has all the right equipment to.
