Bought to replace an Ideal Standard Concept seat. Not an exact match but good enough, especially considering the price difference! The rubber fittings were quite tight and needed a bit of forcing to get them in. The bolts were too long so I had to cut them down to from 6mm to about 4.5mm but they still seem to tighten ok. Quality seems good.. Russell Hill. South Coast. Thu Aug 11 2022

It’s perfect except for my mistake? I knew what I was looking for but I was really happy when I saw this but forgetting I had wanted a slow close lid, so I ordered but didn’t realise my mistake until I read the instructions on the box! So I will call on Monday hopeful I can return current item & get the soft close lid!!! I’ve not broken the cellophane on the lid? but the box is a bit broken in the corner & it was damaged when I received it If the company are as good as their word they will let me!!!. Lesley.
