Upholstered Ottoman Storage Bed Corduroy Velvet

Easy to build - instructions easy to follow. Looks lovely with the led lights - think the remote that comes with it is great, with all the functions it has. Cool to have the hidden storage too.

Ordered for my daughter, arrived with fittings missing, meaning we are unable to complete the bed frame! This was planned a surprise and unable to do this now! Disappointed!

Got the bed, threw out my old one. Started making the bed, and realised I’m missing a piece. Contacted Wayfair and they ordered the piece and told me it’d be delivered in 5 days. 5 days later nothings arrived, contacted them again and they said “there’s been a mistake with the delivery date but don’t worry it’s been shipped it’ll come in two days”. Two days later, nothing. contacted again “it seems your order hasn’t been shipped yet it’s been shipped today, it will come in 4 days” 4 days later nothings arrived - contacted them again made me wait 30 minutes on the phone to tell me “ I don’t know what’s happening” and they ordered the piece again. Now they are telling me it will come in 5 days. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floor and they expect me to wait another week. Horrible customer service. Saw another comment saying they had missing parts but I thought this isn’t going to happen to me but it seems like they just don’t know what they are doing. Do not buy this bed .

Bed itself perfect the delivery time and the delivery people used would not recommend but in the end got the bed and very happy

Very happy with purchase kids love it and easy assembling instructions and definitely recommend
