This chair is so uncomfortable! From the photo I was hopeful it was going to be a luxury chair and great to use for working at home but genuinely after an hour or so I am numb and have to find another cushion to use. Would not recommend for long use.

Was great for a couple months, but wheel broke off. Im not even close to the weight capacity and I use it for work, so it isnt getting abused. Waste of money.

Really beautiful, love the massage and heat feature. Edited: after two days, the massage stopped working. Now I need to figure out how to return it after I paid to get help assembling

The seat turns off almost immediately. It will not run very long (less than 10 seconds) and I have to constantly turn it back on.
