We got sent the same two sides of the sofa cushions so one side is longer than the other and we can't put the metal frame together. I sent of a request of a replacement and nothing has happened, I'll have to keep bugging them. Until the we spent almost £400 for a pile of cushions.

I ordered grey but received green. I had looked at both colours online, unable to decide if I wanted to take the risk of a green sofa that might look very different to the online images! But fate stepped in and I received a green sofa. I love it! Comfortable and easy to change around to suit our needs, and the colour is perfect.

Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.

Good quality sofa as described and arrived quickly. Not the softest though and pillows are quite hard
