Very comfortable. A little tricky to put together as instructions aren't great. Tip: When it comes to putting the 2 'clips' on the back, you slide them on, not press them on. Chair looks very good and expensive!

Arrived damaged, feels cheap. They’ve offered me £20. I’ve asked for a replacement foot stool and have heard nothing. I’m really not happy with the customer service so what a refund, but don’t know who to contact as the manufacturer is not answering my email. If I don’t get this sorted soon I won’t be using Wayfair again.
