Open box item , excellent price, only a small mark which was quite acceptable, delivered on the day I requested, to the room I requested. What’s not to live!

It is firm but not as firm as it should be. About 2 weeks into using it, me and hubby started rolling towards each other. After 2 months our bottoms made a deep in the mattress which can actually be seen over the topper and bed sheet. Im very disappointed. And I'm returning it.
