Aadhiran 1 - Light Cone Pendant

I ordered this light in the smoked it’s really lovely, but when I came to put it together the light shade is to big for the pendant after a frustrating 40 minutes of live chat trying to explain the issue to the agent and going through his step by step instructions on how to fit it, he finally agreed that it was a manufacturer error as the light shade needed an adjustment ring so it would fit, they couldn’t supply the ring so sent a replacement unit, I had the exact same issue with this light, again after going through the whole process of the shade being to big, after a 40 minute chat he agreed it was a manufacturer error, he then put me through to customer service, by this time I was literally tearing my hair out, as I had to go through the whole process of how it didn’t fit, he again was giving me instructions on how to fit it, not listening to the fact I’d told him I had gone through this several times before, to be told they would send a replacement out! at this point I asked for them to just give me a refund which was granted, I would not buy these lights, as lovely as they look, you can’t actually put them together to hang, I will not be buying from wayfair in the future as this experience has really put me off!

These look lovely, I originally ordered something different but they were too big, then found these, very subtle but look good!
