We had problems with missing parts and warped wood. But Wayfair customer was exceptional, they really do have the most lovely, helpful people on their phones. This is why I continue to shop with Wayfair.Thank you.

I was disappointed that it arrived badly pack, but I thought it doesn’t matter. As I started unpacking the pieces one of the left side panels was broken luckily it was repairable. I then started piecing them together but I’m having difficulty. I stopped to save my sanity. I love putting things together, but this one I’m at a loss.

Overall the quality of the pine wood was good and the chest is spacious BUT we could not use the two internal stays. One of the stays was catching on the inside of the chest, therefore the lid was not closing fully and dislodging the black hinge.
