I would recommend it , my one got bad before 3 yrs. I’ve asked Waifair for a refund we agreed to 35 percent if keep the product. Supose to take 3-5 bussiness days to my original payment which was paypal, for some “reason” they couldnt pay me in my original payment method instead after contact the customer service the 7th,8th,9th,10th bussiness day they decide to credit my wayfair account even if i said i dont want store credit.

First 5 nights I thought I'd made the wrong choice and was thinking about returning the mattress as I felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood. I was looking at softer mattress options on Wayfair as I was certain I was going to exchange it. This taught me the importance of settling into your new mattress and giving it time. I deliberately went for a firmer mattress due to my old medium being way too soft and very bad for my arthritic spine and fibromyalgia. I'd say it took almost 2 weeks and now 6 weeks later it's gone from completely rigid with zero movement to softer with a little bounce. I'm now happy with the mattress. It's deep enough, firm enough but also soft enough for my body to feel supported and sunk in/ cradled. I sleep alone on this double mattress but it would be ideal for a couple as it doesn't bounce and move when you roll over. It hasn't helped my back but it appears that no mattress can help arthritis anyway. It certainly hasn't made it worse, only during the settling in period. Expect it to be incredibly firm for the first few weeks but learn from me, it gets softer. 6 weeks in it's 25cm deep.

Soiled and damaged upon delivery. I was disappointed to receive this item in damaged condition. It looks like the tear could even have occurred in the warehouse prior to transit because the outside packaging was taped up. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to deliver another one for a month. However, they did offer a reasonable refund, so I attempted self-repair and after suitably cleaning and patching it up I'm able to use it. The item itself is comfortable. Quite firm when new, however my old mattress was quite soft in comparison. So far I've experienced a reduction in back pain and I believe my posture is starting to improve too. In a nutshell, I'm currently happy with the comfort of the item, and the customer service was very good. However I'm not happy with the condition that the item was delivered in, the delivery time could have been better. The fact I couldn't get a replacement sooner was disappointing, and the courier service could be improved.
