Jamae Solid Wood Slat Headboard

Product delivered today. Took a bit of time to assemble! Quality of headboard very poor. Ordered in white - looked like it hadn’t even had a paintbrush near - could see bare wood through, May have had a lick of undercoat? Lots of splinters on wood. VERY disappointed. Disgusting quality. If not required urgently would have returned it!!

It was made very poorly, the wood was all splintered

The headboard arrives needing assembly and the instructions are awful, truly awful. We used the picture from the website to lay out the pieces of the headboard, so we knew we had all the items and where they went. We then added the fixings, put it together which is no mean fit and finally tightened everything. The headboard does look nice now it is completed but it was not straightforward.

Our original headboard was ordered at the end of august and delivery was within the first week of September. When we tried to put together it was missing a lot of parts. We called up and our parts were due to be resent on 16th September but we didnt receive replacement until 23rd september. When opened there were marks all over the headboard. It should have been all white but was patchy where the wood underneath was showing through. It isnt universal to all beds either only to one specific.
