Glass Flush Mount

This is an attractive and simple ceiling light, easy to fit. The first one I ordered was cracked, but I have high hopes of the replacement.

The light look very good have fast delvery but it was very hard to open. Called customer service and they were very helpful. Even with they help we still can not get it opened. It more likly be faultly item, can't blame Wayfair for it as nothing it perfect. Want to give it 3-4 stars of faultly item but Wayfair quickly request a replacement ASAP and ask me don't need to send the faulty one back. I give it 5 star cuz of the very good customer service. When buying anything from a company the most impoartant thing is customer service and how they deal with your problems. As I said, they never will be a perfect product.
