Love the quality and aesthetic of the product, good size but quite heavy so requires two people to build. It arrived with slight damage (chip to the wood and scratches on the metal sides). There seems to be an issue with the top lock on the outside, when my 13 week old puppy taps the door with her nose the lock drops down and opens so she’s managing to get out so is currently cable tied in til I can fix it
