Harrellsville Freestanding Umbrella Stand

I liked the look of this umbrella/stick stand on the website as the wood looked very close to the colour bookcase I already have in my hall. On opening the parcel I was quite disappointed in the quality of the product, especially in view of the price. It looks more like £10 worth rather than £30+. The wood construction was very rough with lots of loose wood splinters which my husband had to rub down by hand. It also did not fully constructed as one slat fell off and one edge had not been glued at all and was loose in the box. He had to repair it and add extra wood glue to secure the missing parts. He then rubbed it down with fine sandpaper and then coated it with teak oil. It is now a very nice product worth about £20-25! If you are not a very handy person (or you don't know one) I wouldn't buy it. As it comes, definitely not worth the money.

Good product although wood a little rough in a few places and could have been better finished. Other than that, very easy to put together and looks great.

We painted it to match the colour scheme of the room, it simple design means it would fit any style perfect

The stand was good ,very easy to put together and ideal for my little porch .It arrived on time .i am very pleased with it .
