Items were shipped in a ziploc like bag inside of a thin black packaging bag. I received the correct quantity of each item type. The silver leaves did not handle the shipping very well. They are folded and bent in ways that will take time and effort to attempt to fix. The sparkle balloons will definitely NOT look like the photos when filled. There’s just some large confetti inside of a sheer balloon. It’s of note that you will not be able to make a display like those pictured without purchasing multiple sets of this product.

This was the most confusing product I have received. Shipping was fast but it comes all in one bag there are no instructions and I am so confused on how to build this. All you get is a bag full of balloons and you pretty much just kind of have to figure it out.
