The paper towel holder is nice, lightweight and still looks brand new. The metal hasn't tarnished. Very good quality

Thank you for inviting me to express an opion. You are clearly not aware that althoughHermesdelivered the package and left it on our doorstep on 10th March when we returned from a few days away on 11th March it was not there!! Your dispute rpocess is now underway. Frankly Hermes are rubbish. I treid talking with them but cannot get to talk to a human being!! Why on earth didn't the driver leave a card saying it was available to collect at the nearest Hermes shop. The driver had no idea what was in the package and I weould say did not show due care. Incidently he said he left in the porch. We do not have a porch !!! So not impressed.
