Mortar And Pestle Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after receiving my Pestle & Mortar, i have used everyday, to grind down fresh herbs to use in my cooking, so much better than trying to chop or cut, i find it keeps my herbs all in one place with no mess over my kitchen worktops. It is very easily cleaned, heavy so it doesn't move about all over the place. Really pleased with this product. Its even a good looking kitchen ornament when not in use. Visitors have remarked on its eye catching look. I wouldn't like to think id be without this very useful kitchen implement now. An excellent all rounder for my kitchen, definately no negatives.

I think it was more for aesthetics than anything else, and this certainly delivers on that front. Couldn't believe how heavy it was, even though I knew it was made of a large chunk of granite... It's certainly a decent investment, and would recommend it to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted a pestle and mortar but never bought one, but now that we’ve had a kitchen makeover it makes sense to have this black granite pestle & mortar on the side in the kitchen. It’s certainly a talking point! I used this last Saturday when we had friends over for dinner and I needed to create seasoning for one of the chicken dishes I cooked. I’m really pleased with it. It works well with both wet and dry ingredients. I prefer it to faffing around chopping up ingredients. I like the design and look of it. The black granite is beautiful to look at. I can’t stop looking at it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design of this pestle and mortar. The granite black is lovely and makes the product eyecatching in the kitchen. The bowl is a good size which allows for ease in making “messier” items like guacamole as the items don’t come out of the bowl. I have used this to make guacamole and a steak rub and I can see I will use it to blend spices for dishes such as curries. All in all a good product with good looks
