Pot received is not representative of website picture (i.e. Dark green at the top instead of natural) and the glazing around top edge is chipped - this was bought for a leaving present so no time to return!

ordered 2. one arrived totally shatered, the other cracked beyond use. Both where Packed without wrap however the boxes where mint. I requested FULL REFUND on both on day of arrival and 2 weeks later still no refund nor sign they will. Received one replacement only and no refund or replacement on the second.
