This item is a nightmare to put together. There are 16 panels each needing 7 nuts and bolts (112 in total). It took two people with decent DIY skills about 2.5 hours to put it together. The plastic coating is impossible to remove cleanly so we have given up and left in place. There were a number of small dents in several which we were willing to overlook.
