Got this recliner chair in sale half price, so you can't really go wrong. Came in two pieces so easily delivered through door & simple to put together. Everything in working order , reclines perfectly & all massagers work. However can't feel any heat at all, not sure that part works out would send it back for that. It very wide & comfortable. I' m 5"4", son is 6" & it perfect for us husband it a few inches taller & finds it's a little short in the back so no neck/head support for watching t.v when not in the reclined position. It's fine for him in a recliner position though he finds it really comfortable as it's nice & wide. I just gave him my memory foam travel neck pillow & now he finds it fine in the upright position. All in all it's a bargain for a massaging recliner. Plus we took out the 5 year cover for only £20.95

I have not tried electric parts but chair is very comfortable

Very comfortable recliner .well worth the money ..massage part very good .bit noisy though .like the heated bit on it .Al in all a very good buy
